The word ‘Odd’ has many connotations but fits perfectly when describing the sound of Melbourne producer and performer Warwick Ferguson through his genre bending project The Oddness.
After debuting his live act at Rainbow Serpent festival in 2018 he’s gone on to play at major Australian festivals like Esoteric, Elements, Let them Eat Cake, both as a solo act and with his 3-piece band including multi-instrumentalists Dylan Jarrad and Timmus.
A prolific output of music, including three Albums, have been released through labels including Sol Selectas, Beat & Path, Eskimo Recordings & Sofa Beats. As well as his original music he is widely know for his re-interpretations of classic tracks though his ‘Reworks, Edits and Bootlegs’ series.
